Avast Free Antivirus 2015.10.0.2208 autostart problem

Hello,
I am running Windows 8.1 Pro X64 on my laptop,
After last big Microsoft update (KB3011780 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/3011780) Avast won't load automatically in system tray, I have to manually run it. I checked startup Items, nothing looks changed there

Also often windows won't shutdown or restart.
Does anyone else have same problem? and how to solve it?
