How to remove entries in my ACCOUNT . .

Greetings from the GREAT Country of TEXAS,

This computer has been registered in my account for about eleven (11) years and now your system tells me it is NOT registered and cannot get in to see what is going on, it keeps telling me "We could not connect your device to your Avast Account. Please try again later.  Been there, done that several times.  There are two (2) other laptops that are gone from here and want to remove them . . how would I go about doing this?
