Which attached file? I see nothing?
I hope the attach has your system configuration too... otherwise, it won't be easy to help you  8)

Don't attach a file (yours failed in any case), paste its contents that way the file doesn't have to be downloaded to examine its contents.

Please first explain the problem and give us some information about your system.
Example of what will help us to help you.
- What OS are you using? is it up to date?
- What avast! version and VPS file (virus database) number, e.g. 0436-4 (see about avast!)
- What was the virus name, what was the filename, where was it found
  example (C:\windows\system32\infected-filename.xxx)?
- What actions have you taken to try and resolve the problem?
- What is your email program? (if applicable)
