I have submitted 2 refund requests over a week ago (BRA-965-88011 & ADM-680-28248) and have not received a single word in response to my requests! Are you people for real? Are you so seriously bad at customer service and retention, that you refuse to refund my $20. I can honestly say, this is the absolute worst case of customer service that I have EVER seen and i'm going to scream it all over the world wide web! At this point, I dont want any bullshit or excuses, i want the money that is mine and you should learn, as a business, to not play with other peoples money, and give it back when required BY LAW!
