Renewed but can't download new license

I renewed my subscription today but Avast locked up while it attempted to activate my new license.  I restarted my computer and went to the site to download my new license but the new license isn't showing (just the one that's about to expire).

I checked my bank account and I was charged for my new license.  What gives?

Disregard.  I was about to manually update my machine with the activation code that was sent via email (not sure why the website doesn't yet show the new license, though).

When you purchased the new license, did you use the same email as you have in my.avast.com account?
