GrimeFighter License

I purchased a GrimeFighter license in June.

Now I have formatted my laptop and I am not able to recover it using my Avast account.

Any ideas?

Apparently this is a known issue. Multiple users have complaints here:

Within this thread a user/moderator reports that a solution will be solved within the week.
