The Auto Renew feature of AVAST has shaved a month off my subscription and increased my subscription fee by 25%. Emails to support are ignored. I have yet to find a way to straighten this out and now I am threatened with losing my service a month early if I do not renew a month early. Any suggestions that may help me resolve this?
