MBA cannot register

My MBA (late 2010) cannot complete the registration. The pop-up window "Retrieving Information, please wait" keep running.
When I login MyAvast account, it shows my MBA device in blank grey with status "syncing is in progress" I tried delete it and register again but still not working.

For my another Mac Mini, it works.

Can somebody help?
