To whom it concerns, I ordered your anti-virus protection on Dec 12th and was charged twice for the product. Order ID#15755552042.....product SKU:ISE-08-001-12-AR. I would like a refund for this product. Thank you kindly, Crystal Farris-Fulton!

If you haven't done it already, submit a ticket with the request and post the ticket number here in your next post.
This is not the place to ask for a refund.
