This program purposely attacked my computer today. I had the free version and today my computer crashed and when the computer turned on the only thing there was an avast welcome to premiere msg.  I called the company because all my files were gone! They told me numerous lies and convinced me to buy a program for 179…now cannot find way to get refund.  This is a scary company. They hack computers to get money and scare people.  Please contact me at 8086910044 if you ever get any help with refund.  I am uninstalling and going to install another program immediately

8681119,
how and when did you asked for a refund?
If you have a ticket number, mention it here.
Do not create a new ticket or change a current one or you will get back to the bottom of the stack.

Barbara,
what makes you believe avast deleted your files if you can not boot your system?
It can also be Windows failing, malware, failing hardware etc.
