Click on Optimize my PC in Grimefighter what happens?

Hi, Grimefighter in Avast free 2014.9.0.2021 says I have 12 issues in my System Settings and 800 MB of junk. If I click on Optimise does it just automatically change the settings and delete the junk or does it show me what settings it wants to change and where the junk is before it executes?

It will run automaticly and you have the choice to undo changes afterwards.
This has been explained many times already.
