HORRIBLE WEBSITE
« on: April 13, 2015, 01:20:49 AM »
Avast has the most user unfriendly website I have encountered in quite some time.  They sent my mother an email about an automatic renewal that we did not want to renew.  Instead of using the link provided in the email (which I am trying to get her out of the habit of clicking on, for obvious reasons) we tried to go directly to the website from the internet.  We absolutely could not find any way to get to the subscription section without typing in the address the email gave us - a huge security risk.  NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED.  She has this program via her ISP.  I have a different ISP and I will not be using this product ever.
