You've not mentioned waiting on a refund in previous posts, If you had been waiting this long why have you not come here sooner and stated your ticket number so we could draw attention to it.

I have NEVER posted this until today because I only got on this forum a few days ago. I got on the forum in hopes I could resolve an AVAST conflict problem. And that didn't happen, either.

The problem you mention is with the free version your using...So do you have a ticket number if you have put a claim in for a refund or the number you called? what paid version are you trying to get a refund on?

We herein confirm, that refund of avast! GrimeFighter - 1 user, 1 year, Order No.15549353942 had been sucessfully processed.
Your payment will soon be returned back to your account.

It took AVAST seconds to take the money from my account. Months and it has not been returned. Grime Fighter completely locked the computer.

I've reported it so hopefully it's gets seen to promptly, if you were given a notice that it's been processed then your refund will be coming.

Avast has/is in the process of restructuring their support methods so hopefully everything gets back into being resolved it a more timely manner by early next year.

I've been contacted in the original ticket as we need some private information from you. Those information were required to finalize the refund process however the we not provided. Therefore the whole operation stopped.
I apologize for such disturbing process but we need to verify that it's really you. Security of the customers is important for us.
