infected windows file

when I ran a boot time scan it found infected windows files but couldn't repair them. How can you tell if it's safe to delete them?

Upload and test suspicious file(s) at one of these places  www.virustotal.com / www.metascan-online.com
If tested before, click rescan for a fresh result ...... post link to scan result here
