2015 Free Interfere with Firefox Screen Updates?
« on: December 31, 2014, 07:13:56 AM »
Using the free version 2015.10.0.2208 on Win 7 64-bit, and Firefox 34.0.5.

When a scan is running, Firefox responsiveness gets quite sluggish (was not true on pre-2015 versions).  Sometimes the Firefox window will completely disappear very briefly and whatever is behind where the window was becomes visible.  This may happen more frequently if I am scrolling something in the Firefox window.  I have never seen this when a scan is not running.  Scrolling a Firefox window can get quite erratic if a scan is running.

I'm wondering if this is something that others are seeing too?

I should have mentioned that I have the Avast Online Security extension disabled.
