Able to swap device on same account?

I now have 2 devices under the same email.  My laptop broke last week, with my valid licence until 2038 on it.  Bought a new laptop and have the 1 year free licence.  Can I have the 2038 swapped over?

No, because there is no valid license that lasts till 2038.
Stop using illegal cracks/keys.
