Hi,
Last week I purchased a Cleanup Premium licence from Avast - it was a successful purchase, according to my account and to Avast software, it is active.
But I'm not getting to use it and it is very frustrating.
If I make that Intelligent Scan, it shows some performance problems, but it doesn't offer to solve them with cleanup, it just shows me the option of buying it again.
And if I try to run a performance scan, it shows me the problems, but the button "Solve" doesn't answer! It is simply ineffective.
I tried to Restore the installation, but nothing changed. Then I uninstalled and installed it again, but nothing is better.
How could I fix it and use the Cleanup resource, or how could I take my money back?
