Refund?

I have put in a request for a refund through a ticket but I've yet to gain a reply. The ticket website said I would have a response from Avast in 24 to 48 hours. But I've yet to get a reply besides a conformation email saying they got my ticket. At this point I am very annoyed as this is not the correct way in which to do business and I am regretting my decision to first use Avast as my primary anti-virus. I really do not want a fuss. I simply want to assure someone has gotten my ticket and is working on refunding me before 30 days are up. The last thing I want to do is call my credit card company, but I will if I do not get a reponse soon.
My ticket number is YME-410-83765.

Being You have posted your Ticket # here, patience now is required. :)
There has not been any user that I'm aware of or have read here on the forums that has not received resolution.
Be patient, process can take a couple of weeks (Business days).

Also submitting more then one ticket or amending an existing ticket only "prolongs" the process.
As you submitted the ticket within the 30 days, that qualifies,  not when it's finally processed.

The thirty days don't matter.
It is the time/date that you created the ticket which does.
If you did it within the thirty days, it is ok.
