Refund purchase

Hello,
I bought Avast Internet Security for 5PC,3yrs in 12/29/2014, and now I would like to refund my purchase.
My order number is 11691208560.
I already sent a ticket in support.avast.com 2 weeks ago. The ID is QXL-162-78283.
Please help me to refund the purchase faster.
