I sought support from AVAST today to help solve a problem in which the language on my "Avast store" page was not English and I was unable to restore it to English in order to make a purchase.
So I found the support page and they asked me to logon, which I trued to do; but then I'm told my e-mail address doesn't have an account with Avast. That's ridiculous! I've been using that e-mail address for since I've had the account, and have an account with AVast that I paid for
So without the logon e-mail, I have no way to get in touch with the company to ask anything
I like the service the company provides but every time I've ever tried to get support, it's always extraordinarily difficult
Is there any solution to this?
