emupdate folder has 12 files that are almost a year old
« on: January 24, 2015, 10:31:17 PM »
These files in the emupdate folder of Avast are not all being used and are taking up 2.1 mb disk space.  Was told by Eddy to remove the selfprotection for Avast and cannot find this selfprotection feature.  Can anyone help me with finding how to remove these useless files?

Yes the avast housekeeping routine fails miserably to remove old emergency update folders/entries, I have 23.

For me hard disk space isn't an issue, but it just isn't tidy/clean having these redundant sub-folder/entries.
