Can't login from []?

From the "Order Details" page I click on "Manage Subscription", it then takes me to the "My Account Login" page. This is the page I'm having trouble logging-in to.

Tried the "Forgot Password?" option, recieved the code in the email, and I still can't login. Though, I have no problems logging in from []?

I keep getting the "Enter a valid email address." message?
This doesn't make any sense.

I'll be forever stuck on the yearly Auto-Renew if I can't get through to this.
