Websites Blocking By Avast
« on: January 28, 2015, 07:36:43 AM »
I'm writing in connection with the sites blocking and being reported as Malware.

Our company is  Shanghai YCmedia Co. Ltd.  a chinese listed company with formal enterprish qualification.

We have two sites:
http:www.ycmedia.cn
http:www.adpush.cn

Our users reflect, when they visit these two sites, Avast will prompt the picture address toxic, and can intercept some of the pictures.

At present, our websites and bed URL passed the Avast scan, and found to be very safe.
(http://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/www.ycmedia.cn; http://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/www.adpush.cn)

And other antivirus softwares also did not appear abnormal reported toxicity.

Sorry to trouble you to deal with this problem.

Sorry, English is not my mother tongue.

Some of these words may sound a little strange

I am very curious about this description:

Risk associated with country location of server: CN (China)

Why the server in China makes the web more unsafe

According to Zscaler, it's "based on historical results".

Both of those sites ( ycmedia.cn - adpush.cn ) are also blocked by Malwarebytes as malicious domains.

Hi,
I unblocked adpush.cn, ycmedia.cn was never blocked by avast (although the IP which it resolves to might have been blocked).

Please don't tell me that the site will be still blocked until the next update of the software。

No, as Honza unblocked it, a VPS update should be enough.
