« on: October 09, 2005, 10:49:10 PM »
I just started getting these a couple days ago.

I was wondering, is there cause for concern?? I had warnings like these in the past, but updates seemed to have fixed those.

Here's what it says in event viewer for Avast 0540-8 (database) home:

1:st if you got some erros, clear the log, reboot computer and look if you got them again.

It is way to find if it is some constant and it is, so you can ask someone, if not so you not need to be worry about.
Both warnigs and errors can be good and bad.

This has been going on for a few days now. I turn off the computer every night. I cleared the event viewer this morning, and got the errors and warnings I posted.

Avast need to fix it with an update.

Avast need to fix it with an update.
Or you must check what's wrong with the files...
For instance, do you have a file called F:\Not copied to CD\Docs\cc_20051008_1854.reg ?

Yes, it's a backup file from CrapCleaner, to undo changes.

I have 2 similar files like that.

I just received an update from Avast. I'll see if there are any more errors and warnings.

I was also getting errors and warnings about other locations.

  Let's see if they stop.
