I posted a message on the Avast issues facility on the 24th January. Basically I have been charged twice for the Grime fighter tool. So I am after a refund. As of the 3rd Feb I have had no reply. This over a week gone by. Is this typical of the Avast response times? How can I escalate this problem to Avast? I rang initially the UK tech support number and they pointed me to the online issue facility.
