Thank you good people! I read your instructions and performed them !!!!!! Did not help!!!! Are you kidding me? Why did I get these problems for my own money ?! For money!!!!!!!!! Not for free! I'm the user! I have been using your program for more than 10 years! I have to pay and install the program! And do not know the problems! Why was it necessary to create problems for users?

If I could take back the money, I would do so! And would no longer use your program! It is very unfortunate that you spoiled such a good product!

Yes, unfortunately, there's no additional support (Email/Phone) for Avast Free.

Looks like I have only 2 options left: reinstall Windows (tons of time I do not have) or.... use another Antivirus (which I do not at all want):-[
