Looks to me like a website of the past with anti Google rants from the makers of now obsolete Scroogle: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Criticism_of_Google

Irritating on Cloudflare driven sites is that in postings certain Polish letters won't show up, like here where you see them:

In this respect Cloudflare is a terrible service on a forum site  :(
