Selected folder for scanning
« on: September 26, 2005, 03:13:10 AM »
I'm a newbie to AVAST, but it's great how it "catches" viruses before they infect your machine, even ones buried in zip files...
Is there a way to "save" the selected folder selection as a default, so you don't have to keep entering the info when you want to scan? I have the free home edition 4.6.691.
Wow!, cool spelling checker...great idea before you submit a post...

Not in Home version  :'(
Only in Professional version you could save this into a particular Task.

As Tech said this isn't available in the Home version.

Which folder is it you what to have as a default, I suspect the folder you download to?

If you let us know what it is you are trying to do perhaps we can suggest a work around.
