Bri, not... everything perfect.
Which firewall do you use? Are you trying to open the skin or saving it to the disk?

You should get something like this from your browser when you click the Download text link.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.2.6105 (build 24.2.8918.824) UI 1.0.799/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

bri is right, due to Rita hurricane in USA are/were suspended some of our servers located in Texas. Because of this are some people redirected from files.avast.com to non-running download server(s).

Yes, I have also noticed that the server was kind of slow to respond. I know this has to be the case since I have a 6mbps connection and maintain a very clean and uncluttered PC unlike many other people who have mountains of junk on their computers hogging up system resources and memory. ;)

Do you need a particular skin? If so, you can tell me your email by IM and I'll send it to you  8)

You can work around this problem.
Use direct address downloadX.avast.com/path_to_file where X is number between 1 and 25 or www.iavs.cz/path_to_file, instead of files.avast.com/path_to_file.

Please can you run 'nslookup files.avast.com' from command line and post its output here or to my e-mail?
