Tenho o avast gratuito e não estou conseguindo bloquear meu aparelho! Alguem sabe como posso bloquear meu telefone? É urgente! tenho muita informação pessoal!

Utilize o portal myavast.com, entre em sua conta e de lá, envie comandos ao seu celular.
Outra opção é enviar SMS com comandos: http://www.avast.com/en-us/free-mobile-security#tab4
