IMHO, relatively unimportant since there are already many good browsers available
and Spartan really offers no earthshaking new functions to the mix.

Actually, we have a problem over at the Windows Insider Program, in that we can't yet test Spartan along with Windows 10.  Been a fair bit of yakking about what that might mean in the long run for the viability of the product.  It does strike a few folks as being a bit strange that we can't yet test it.
