Avast blocked another false positive, as reported in https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=166461.0 and submitted using the Avast Virus Lab.

Because Avast believes that this file is infected, it has now blocked access to that URL.  How do I make Avast immediately stop blocking that file download without completely disabling Avast or some of its shields?

In the topic you speak about a file, in the post you say url.
What is it?
If it is a url, post it here but make the link not clickable.

Make the link not clickable.
I just scanned the file (and content) and avast is not detecting anything.
What is the message avast is giving you?

Other scanners are not detecting anything either:

Avast no longer detects anything because I reported the false positive to them and they fixed their definitions.

But the question remains: Once Avast experiences a false positive (which seems to be happening more and more frequently), how do you access the URL without completely disabling Avast or one of its shields (or waiting for Avast to fix their definitions)?

Set it as a exclusion.
