GrimeFighter, cursor does not show up

Well whenever i reboot to start grimefighter it makes it all the way through loading and into the click to continue option however there is no cursor showing for me to click it.

I'm not sure what can be causing this and i also haven't seen any other issues similar in my searches; any ideas as to what is causing it?

I have bought Grime Fighter but I am not able to get it going properly and have spent frustrating hours on it and am now totally fed up! It suddenly demands ethernet connection to proceed, I plug in ethernet, it says thank you and we are connected to Internet (fine) then demands my email address and password again! This time trying to write my email address it is not possible, the keyboard does not respond as usual and I cannot type @ !!!! I have used another device to look for alternative ways of typing @ on Internet, but nothing seems to work.
It seems rediculous that you have to sign in twice, anyway.
I am stuck. The Grime Fighter was a total waste of money and time, unless I can get simple information on how to get it going.
