Execução do Avast GrimeFighter

Comprei uma licença do Avast GrimeFighter em14.02.2015, número do pedido é 12824429660; entretanto, não consigo executá-lo embora esteja seguindo os passos explicados no e-mail que recebi. Após reiniciar o PC, uma última página pede para entrar com o e-mail e digitar a senha da conta. Ao digitar o e-mail, no lugar do símbolo @ (arroba) aparece aspas (") e em seguida uma mensagem que diz que o e-mail não é um e-mail válido. Parece que um BUG do programa desconfigurou o teclado do meu notebook. Eu tenho o antivírus Avast Premier com licença paga.
Aguardo a gentileza de uma orientação.

This is not a bug. By default Avast GrimeFighter starts with an en_US keyboard layout. This can be changed on Settings - Keyboard (within Avast GrimeFighter), or just to use Shift+2 to type an @.

Sorry, but I'm completely sure that SHIFT+2 does not work in anyway... It would be too obvious, wouldn't it?
Regardless to this, the virtual keyboard did not work either...
