VPN Test

I am testing out Avast VPN secureline & was testing it with VPN www.dnsleaktest.com & on the Standard test it showed False Country but on the extended test it showed the false country, plus my country location I wonder if anyone as any ideas why this is happening thanks

I ran a DNS leak test after reading the initial post and every time it lists an ip address in Canada associated with "    SoftLayer Technologies".  Is this the server running the DNS leak test or is this a real DNS leak that I need to be concerned about?
