Simulate theft event
«
on:

I opened my Anti-Theft, then I selected "Simulate theft event". Then my phone locked down and now I put my PIN and it doesn't unlock.
Please help me!

Unlock it through
https://my.avast.com
or use the sms commands.

I put the PIN. But when it unlocks it, another password is needed. Actually, my unlock pattern was sliding with my finger, not a password.
Already tried my PIN, my IMEI/MEID, and no one unlocks it.

Same problem here. I have even removed the device from protection in my avast page yet the PIN unlock prompt is there. I use only slider to unlock my phone, never used PIN. Please help urgently. This is a work phone. Thanks.
