Android version not updated in the avast! account
« on: March 19, 2015, 05:28:43 AM »
FYI: Yesterday my device was updated from Android 4.4.2 to 5.0.1, but avast! account says device still running 4.4.2  :) So it seems it is not updating this info.

I've been updated from kitkat 4.4.4 to lollipop 5.0.2 for almost a month, but my.avast.com still shows 4.4.4 on both phones.

I was able to get my.avast.com to show the currently installed Android version by going to Avast Mobile UI and clicking on the 3 vertical dots and selecting the account.  From there, I clicked on "Fix connection problems".  After doing so, the Android version was updated.   I did this on each phone.  Why it didn't update automatically, I don't know.  The current program and VPS status is automatically updated.
