I don't know what you mean by 'security bug' but you can just post it here... :)

I just crashed my avast and it suggested me to send an email with details what caused the crash.
I filled it and tried to send but it failed (to send)... well anyway I did small research via google about avast bugs and found this forum and i decided to post this bug report here.

I'm not 100% sure what caused it, but I did following:
created a new bookmark folder and added bookmark in firefox v1.7

Adding a bookmark in Firefox crashed avast!? Rather strange... do you remember the name of the process? What operating system do you use?
Also, please go to the <avast4>\Data\Log folder - is there any recent unpXXXXXX file there? (XX are some numbers; the timestamp of the file should correspond to the crash time).
