The password check on device was violated
« on: February 28, 2015, 10:17:38 AM »
I have lost count of how many times I have asked this question without receiving a proper answer!

I am unable to see the password violation pictures on the portal.

I navigate to the Notifications page/tab and the all I see is the whirling "wait" icon and the words "Load more...".
Nothing else!!!!

This has been asked several times before and no one has bothered to answer it.

Could an avast tech person get involved and sort this out once and for all?
Also, I DO NOT want to use my Google drive to have these stored so please do not suggest that this is the proper fix for the issue - the page does not load!!!!

Thanks

You haven't asked it many times.
This is your second post here and the first time that you are asking.

Have you removed all temporary files from your system and tried it again ?
Have you tried another browser ?

Did I say that I asked this question many times HERE, on this forum !???
This is the SECOND time I've asked it on this forum!

Let me spell it out for you:
I had asked the same question several times from the support team via email. Therefore, I asked this question many times before and yes I have lost count!

Anyway, lets assume that this is only the second time that I've asked this question EVER!
Could you tell me HOW MANY TIMES I should ask it before you fix it??

Now that the English lesson is over, yes I've tried three different browsers and all latest versions.
Incidentally this is exactly what the reply to my support emails where! "Have you tried another browser"...brilliant!!!

So I reported this problem last year and all they've now done to fix this is change the "wait" icon from whirly thing to a blob! Hilarious
See attached...

You know what, never mind.
Don't bother sorting this out.
I'll find an alternative once my current avast subscription is over.

Thanks very much for an outstanding customer service and support.
