Avast blocking URl:Mal website adresses for 2 - 3 weeks now
« on: February 28, 2015, 09:30:04 PM »
Dear Support team,

I'm having 'constantly' Avast pop ups telling me it has blocked another URL:Mal . Tried the emsisoft scanner last week and it removed 11 adware infections, but it didn't remove the one which gives me this problem.

So I've done all the scans and here are the logs. I hope you can help me.

Thanxs in advance.

Thanxs for the help. Here are the 2 logfiles.

I haven't reinstalled Chrome yet, it's allmost midnight so I will do that tomorrow.

How are the logs like to you? ADW still found one registry key....

Was this an adware thing that creeped into Google Chrome.exe??

What happened is that a piece of adware set Chrome to developer mode, this has no security so any old extension can install.

Yes, re-install chrome and let me know how it is behaving
