Well this is a bummer... I'm still having problems loading pages, email, and streaming videos and music while Avast is running. It became so unbearable that I have to uninstall Avast. :(
I opened a support ticket - hopefully this will get resolved.

Just so you know. Don't make any edits or even reply to your own ticket. If you do, your ticket will be sent back in the line and it will take even more time for them to reply. Tickets are handled in a first come first serve basis.

That's a bummer, Mary.  Sorry to hear it.

Since I use HTTPS scanning, I've learned to deal with the lags, delays, and blank pages.  It's definitely not ideal.  I'm hoping the upcoming new release will fix the problems.
