HI,

what`s the matter with these service- since 3 weeks ? No function... it`s free of sense... !!

[I`ve the premier version and the newest version is installed]


Please repair or tell me the solution !

If you want help, you really need to provide details.

What is the exact error ?
How exactly are you trying to locate the phone ?

steps for locating are regular.
