Updated through GUI and had empty scanning information windows which I posted about in the main forum. I tried repair unsuccessfully. I then found that Sleep Mode wouldn't awaken through a key stroke; I had to push the power button. I rolled back the update through a System Restore but I still have the same problem with Sleep Mode. Needless to say I'm not very happy and I wonder if anyone can help me.

Any idea what the problem is, how Avast! misconfigured my system?
Very sorry for taking up valuable space in the wrong thread. I posted my problem in a new thread entitled Sleep Mode Problem.
After the latest avast update I can't access C:\Windows\Temp folder. I mean windows asks me to change settings in security tab, but before avast update I could access this folder just by clicking OK in UAC pop-up. When I uninstall avast everything works normal.

I can access it without an issue.Though, I have disabled UAC.
I'm having problems updating to the latest version (topic). It says that I am unable to connect to the host.Someone mentioned registry issues? Not too clear on the meaning.I am running the Pro version.
