avast free and sandboxie conflict

I changed antivirus to Avast and when using Firefox everything is fine until I try to download a video or play a game in Facebook using sandboxie and everything freezes and have to restart the computer. If I use Firefox without sandboxie everything is fine. This only has been happening since I installed the free version of Avast. Can anyone help please.

what operating system do you use? Win XP/Vista/7, ...
What version of Firefox?
What version of sandboxie?

I am using Windows 7. Firefox 35.01 and Sandboxie  4.14
