Sent messages without my permission

In the cellular invoice I received, I found out that through your application were sent messages without my knowledge and permission (I paid for it!), I deleted your application because of this, please give me back the charge

Avast deceiving people, no one is aware that it costs money, plus I did not see a reason to send the SMS, give me back the money or I will act with legal action against you

Calm down, avast is not deceiving people in any way.

It is your own fault that you didn't disabled the option nor checked the manual.

And it is not avast that is billing you for the sms's, but your provider.
