i have the mobile premium on my Samsung Galaxy S5 and did a backup using the Avast mobile backup. Now I would like to restore the info however every time I try to restore it starts off saying trying to connect to device, but never does. The backup information is showing online so I know it backed everything up fine, but I can't get the data back on the phone.
