I cannot get GrimegFighter to work properly.
Bought a license but did not did not receive a license number. Propgram says I have a license. When I run the program it tells me there are several items to clean up from my computer, but when I want to optimize I receive a message saying I have to reboot. I reboot but then I get an error message.
How long does it take before I will receive a license code? I received an email stating that my license was sent by email. However, I never got one when I purchased the software. I sent another request for the newly purchased license for GrimeFighter and I still have not received an email. In the meantime, I have the software, it shows that I have a valid license, but the program is not working. Where do I go from here? A response would be greatly appreciated or else a refund would be in order if the problems are not solved.
