Whitelist network app

We have several apps that run from a network share. I want the popup behavior to silently allow whitelisted or even all network apps. We have over 50 schools so if I have to do one for every app I will but wanted to know if there was a better way.

I believe once you add the global exclusion you can just turn on "Silent/Gaming Mode." Gaming Mode disables all popups.
