unable to locate

i installed anti-theft in 2 Huawei cell: P7 and G7.
I can see all the data and information of each device, but not the location.
every time I try, even taking the two phones close and  wi-fi and GPS on, Avast server replies that it is impossible to locate the devices!
where am I wrong?
Both phones have are vodafone 4G

Well Huawei with EMUI has a item named "Protected apps" in Settings - these apps will stay running after the screen goes off. Please provide the version of antitheft application.
