I have an old latitude e5500 that I put 64 bit Xp on for fun. I can't seem to get Avast to work correctly on it though. The closest I have got is showing the Avast icon in the quick launch area with notification for the shields turned off. At this point, the Avast window will open but the Avast service doesn't show up on the services list. I don't want to use another antivirus program. Thanks.
